Delete Your Skinora AI Account & Associated Data
In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy and privacy standards, Skinora AI provides this public portal allowing all users to request the permanent deletion of their account and any associated personal data without needing to open or install the application.
1Data That May Be Deleted
Upon verification of your deletion request, the following user-associated data categories will be permanently removed from our active systems:
User authentication profile, login identifiers, and account credentials.
Registered email address, display name, user-selected gender, and self-reported skin attributes.
Cosmetic skin scores, hydration estimates, redness observations, and pore assessments.
Any temporary photo uploads or cosmetic landmark assessment files.
Conversation logs with the AI Skin Coach and personalized skincare guidance.
Custom morning and evening skincare routines, habit streaks, and tracking history.
2How Your Request Is Processed
To ensure unauthorized third parties cannot delete your account, requests follow a secure verification workflow:
Submission: You submit your registered Skinora AI email address via the form above or the linked Google Form.
Account Verification: Our administrative team verifies your request against our registered accounts to protect against unauthorized deletion.
Permanent Deletion: Your user account is permanently wiped, all active sessions and tokens are revoked, and all associated personal data is erased.
Confirmation: A confirmation notice is sent to your registered email once deletion is complete within 48 to 72 business hours.
3Clearing Local On-Device Data
Skinora AI utilizes an on-device architecture where routine records and scan history are saved locally on your mobile phone.
To remove all local data from your Android device:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Navigate to Apps & notifications (or Installed Apps) → Skinora AI.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data) and confirm.
- Uninstall the application from your device.
4Data Retention Exceptions
Retention Notice: Some limited information may be retained where required by applicable law, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial transaction recordkeeping (e.g. Google Play In-App Purchase financial records for tax reporting). Such retained records are archived securely and excluded from all operational use.
